Who is responsible. Black7 Web Design, which operates this Site, decides why and how your personal data is used (the "Data Fiduciary").
What and why. We process the details you give us (name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, business name, project notes) only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver and support a website you buy, and keep legal and tax records. If you accept the cookie banner, we also process visit statistics. We ask for your consent before processing for any other purpose, in plain language, and you can say no.
WhatsApp and calls. We message you on WhatsApp or call only about your own enquiry or order. We do not send promotional broadcasts unless you separately ask for them. Reply STOP any time. If your number is on the DND/NCPR register, we will not send promotional messages.
Your rights. You may ask for a summary of your data and who it was shared with, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal is as easy as giving it), and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or cannot act.
Where data goes. Our servers are in the United States, so your data is transferred outside India. We use it only for the purposes above.
